ACC asks EPA to improve CDR web tool, cost analysis

The American Chemistry Council filed comments with the Environmental Protection Agency asking it to improve "historical operability issues" with its Chemical Data Reporting rule online tool. The EPA should also adjust the rule's burden cost calculations to account for the industry's actual compliance time, ACC said.
